Reviews YAY! Ok first off, we are fortunate to have a lot of appreciative customers who have left nothing but 5 star reviews, and we very much appreciate them for that. However, we have also made some mistakes on our end in past repairs (sometimes un-repairable on our end) BUT, we ALWAYS strive to satisfy our customers especially in these rare cases. Thankfully, we have been able to offer fair compensation for mistakes made such as discounts on current or future repairs. So yes, we have no negative reviews, but we also are not perfect, nor do we claim to be. At the same time, we have learned from every mistake so as to avoid future repair errors. Ok so Yelp hasn't been friendly to me or my customer reviews, they actually labeled all 5 of these "Not Recommended" based on whatever algorithm their system uses. These customers went out of their way to leave a review, so we are going out of our way to share them! Can't stop us Yelp! The grey stars are what Yelp has on our business page and give the misrepresentation of "0 stars", where as they are actually all 5 star reviews and can be seen on the customers review history.
